On July 13-15, Thomas Hampson joins the Carinthische Musikakademie Stift Ossiach for a series of public master classes, in partnership with the Gustav Mahler Private University of Music Klagenfurt (GMPU) and the Musikwochen Millstatt. The young performers will also perform at a concert on July 16 at Millstatt Abbey Church. 

A sought-afer pedagogue, Hampson and has given master classes all over the world. He is the Founder and Artistic Director of the Lied Akademie Heidelberg (Heidelberg Lied Academy), which takes place every spring in Heidelberg, Germany, as part of the Heidelberger Frühling Music Festival. His work with the Boulez Saal in Berlin is part of the Lied Akademie Heidelberg. Many of his master classes are available to stream on the Hampsong Foundation website and medici.tv.
