Christmas Night Opera Gala at Carnegie Hall

On December 27, Thomas Hampson unites with six of the world’s most beloved artists for a concert of expertly-curated operatic favorites. Singing under the baton of Francesco Lanzillotta, Hampson will be joined by sopranos Sondra Radvanovsky, Asmik Grigorian, and Nadine Sierra, mezzo-soprano Anita Monserrat, tenor Brian Jagde, and the American Symphony Orchestra.
The program features a festive selection of operatic masterpieces, with overtures from Rossini’s Guillaume Tell and Ambroise Thomas’s Mignon, as well as arias and ensembles from operas by Verdi, Puccini, Dvořák, Tchaikovsky, Leoncavallo, and Bernstein.
