On January 18 Thomas Hampson will receive an Honorary Doctor of Music degree from the New England Conservatory, recognizing his many significant contributions to the classical music world. NEC President Tony Woodcock presides over the ceremony, which will take place during a master class led by Mr. Hampson for vocal students at the Conservatory.
