Thomas Hampson to star in the Metropolitan Opera’s 125th Anniversary Gala on Sunday, March 15. In this all-star event featuring the leading performers of the Metropolitan Opera, Mr. Hampson will perform as Amfortas opposite Placido Domingo in the final scene of Wagner’s Parsifal, conducted by James Levine.
